Our tulip CSA will feature our specialty tulip collection. As a Bloom Tulip CSA member, you will receive weekly bouquets for 3 weeks. The tulips bloom at various times throughout the spring. Once our tulips are ready to harvest (usually sometime in April), we will begin your subscription. Our tulip bouquets last around 5 days in vase, so once you are ready for a new one, it’ll be time to pick up your next bouquet.
Our Dahlia CSA features our massive dahlia collection of over 300 dahlia varieties. As a Bloom Dahlia CSA member, you will receive weekly bouquets for 5 weeks. Our dahlia bouquets typically last 5-7 days in vase, so once you are ready for a new one, it’ll be time to pick up your next bouquet!
You will receive a text or e-mail (your preference) when your bouquet is ready for porch pick up at the farm (3008 Moon Rd).
What is a CSA? I’m glad you asked! Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) is an opportunity for the community to purchase shares of a farms harvest in advance. What’s the benefit? The CSA model allows community members to purchase product before the growing season begins and receive their product throughout the season. As a result, farmers receive the capital needed and are able to distribute harvest at a better price.
